The JSP HardCap AeroLite® Protective Cap is the lightest protective cap on the market. It is the pinnacle of innovation in the JSP® range of head protection, providing comprehensive protection to meet the requirements of the EN 812. Designed and improved in JSP's research and development department, the HardCap AeroLite® weighs only 127 g, without compromising its protective purpose. The size of the cap is adjustable with a buckle.

Advantages of the protective cap:

HDPE Full Body: Beneath the elegant textile cover is a durable HDPE body and lightweight EPP shock liner, carefully designed to ensure flexibility and comfort for the wearer.

Reflective details. Reflective tape on the sides of the cap and around the edge of the brim provides increased visibility and safety in low-light conditions.

Fit and comfort. The inner padding of the cap is replaceable, which provides additional comfort and a better fit. The inner padding of the cap and the sweat band on the forehead absorb moisture

Air flow technology. There are meshes on the sides of the cap that allow cool air to circulate more easily. This significantly reduces head heat build-up and discomfort, especially when worn for long periods of time.
