The highest quality merino wool is extremely thin, soft, non-porous, elastic, has a unique property of absorbing and evaporating moisture, while remaining dry. The inner layer is made of polyester, which quickly and easily wicks moisture away from the body. Soft polyester does not irritate the skin, it is saturated with silver ion particles, which stop the appearance of unpleasant odors and reduce sweating. During active movement and sweating, moisture is easily removed through the polyester fabric to the merino wool, which further wicks moisture away from the body and keeps the body dry.
