JSP AEVO VISTAshield Dualswitch ventilated safety helmet

Protective helmet AEVO® VISTAshield® Dualswitch™ with Silver CR2 reflective strip and retractable face shield. This helmet is fully certified to both EN 397 and EN 12492 standards and allows you to easily switch between the settings of these two standards with just one click of the switch on the chinstrap. The VISTAshield® face shield has Class A impact resistance, tested against a 6 mm steel ball traveling at speeds of up to 685 km/h (425 mph). Eye protection is replaceable. The helmet is fully compatible with prescription glasses: the EVO® VISTAshield® allows the user to comfortably wear prescription glasses under the integrated face shield

Features and benefits

Optical class 1 - high optical quality without image distortion.

A - impact resistance class - high energy impact; A 6 mm, 0.86 g steel ball traveling at 684 km/h (425 mph).

T - shock resistance at extreme temperatures (tested at -5 °C and +55 °C).

Class K - resistance to scratches (surface damage from small particles).

Class N - resistance to fogging.

Protection against UV rays - 2: UV filter (EN 170) ensures protection against harmful UV rays, undistorted color vision, high light transmission.

Tested with molten metal - no penetration through helmet shell. Body deformation must remain < 10 mm.

Tested for resistance to lateral deformation - additional test to EN 397.

Tested at -40°C - The helmet is kept in a freezer at -40°C for up to 24 hours before testing.

4-point harness. The 4-point chin strap is easy to adjust on the head. The adjustment of the size and attachment points allows the helmet to be adapted to individual needs for different head sizes, ensuring stability and greater comfort.

Switch position down (SWITCH DOWN). The unfastening force of the chin strap according to the EN 12492 standard is greater than 500 newtons. This reduces the risk of losing the helmet during a fall.

Switch position up (SWITCH UP). The release force of the chin strap according to the EN 397 standard is between 150 and 250 newtons. This reduces the risk of strangulation - the chinstrap is designed to release (unwind) if it gets caught on something.

Maximum Comfort: The Revolution® Flex inner helmet liner is adjustable with a dial to eliminate pressure points and ensure maximum comfort.The helmet comes complete with a replaceable Chamlon™ cotton sweat wicking band, which is dermatologically approved and hypoallergenic.

Reliable fit. The 3D depth adjustment system allows you to achieve the most accurate possible fit of the safety helmet.

Modern accessories. Specially designed mounting points on the helmet shell allow for the installation of a wide range of modern accessories, including headlamps, goggles and ID card holders.

Ventilation. The double vented shell increases comfort and promotes cooling airflow, reducing the temperature inside the helmet by an average of 2-3 degrees.
