Size: universal, adjustable (M-XL) Complies with standards: EN 361 (straps) To put on the straps: 1. Grab the D-ring at the back to untangle all the straps. If the leg, chest or position belt buckles are fastened, trace them. 2. Holding the shoulder straps, put them on like a jacket. 3. Fasten the chest strap buckle. 4. Wrap and fasten the buckles of the leg bands. Adjust the leg bands so that they fit snugly around your legs (tight enough to fit your fingers but not your hand). 5.
